On February 6, 2014, ECOTIC was invited by CCDG (Carpathian-Danubian Center) to be part of the national jury which evaluated the eligibility criteria for Blue Flag award.
Blue Flag Criteria includes standards for water quality, safety, environmental education,overall environmental management Criteria. Blue Flag certification it is known to recognize high environmental standards and quality.
In april the beaches from Europe who were awarded this distinction will be announced.
