ECOTIC awareness campaigns in schools

During its 15 years of activity, ECOTIC has carried out over 400 awareness and collection campaigns. These include campaigns dedicated to students, starting with preschoolers and ending with middle school students.

Because World Environment Day from June 5 also coincided with the celebration of Teacher's Day, the ECOTIC communication team offered, between May 31 and June 11, 2021, online eco-education lessons for over 50 schools. The enthusiasm of the schools for this action exceeded the expectations of the organizer, the requirements being multiple in this direction.

On August 4, our colleagues Diana and Alexandra joined Dridu Summer School to share best environmental practices with their children and learn to collect separately. It was a day full of good cheer and fun educational activities.

Ecoterrians' School is a campaign to raise awareness and collect waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and waste batteries and accumulators (DBA), dedicated to primary and secondary schools in Romania, which takes place throughout the school year.

This campaign aims to spread the message of the importance of environmental protection in schools by actively participating in the collection of such waste. More than 150 schools enroll in this project each year.

Another campaign, dedicated to preschoolers, is that of ECOTIC BAT "Little ones do great deeds". Reaching its 200th edition, it is an educational campaign on waste batteries and accumulators. Every year, about XNUMX kindergartens from all over the country join the project.
