On November 27, the award ceremony of the “GiveIT!” contest took place, within an interactive information and awareness workshop on 3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
GiveIT! took place during October 7-November 15 being an initiative to promote the "3R" and to raise the awareness of enterprises to the sustainable management of their resources and waste. The competition was attended by 33 companies large and small and collected more than 4000 waste electrical and electronic equipment.
ECOTIC as a partner in the umbrella project "RRResponsible and supportive: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!" co-financed by the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Program, gave a presentation that focused on highlighting the 3Rs but also the dangerousness of WEEE.
Ateliere Fara Frontiere (AFF) is a Romanian association, created in May 2008, with the aim of social, professional insertionand civics of people in great difficulty.
