Between 7 and 25 September 2020, ECOTIC, APM Galati, National Environmental Guard - Galati County Commissariat, Galati City Hall, SP Ecosal Galati and SC Apa Canal SA Galati urges residents of Galati to hand over waste for electrical and electronic equipment to recycling. (WEEE) following that each person who delivers waste of at least 20 kg accumulated will receive an instant prize.
Collection points are available at the following addresses:
- Punct Verde - Drumul Viilor, no.1, Monday - Saturday 8:00 - 16:00, Sunday 8:00 - 12:00;
- Nufărului Street, no. 24-26, Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 14:00;
- Bărboși sorting station, Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 14:00;
Residents of Galati benefit from the free home collection service for large and bulky WEEE, by calling the phone numbers 0236312282 and 0374927292. An SP Ecosal GALAȚI team will travel and pick up WEEE from home, respecting health and safety requirements.

"Clean Cities" Galați is part of the national information campaign "Be in your country as well as abroad", organized by ECOTIC in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests.
