Electric waste collection campaign at home
From May 23, the inhabitants of Balş benefit from a waste collection service for electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), light bulbs, neons, used batteries and accumulators.
ECOTIC, together with Balş City Hall and Recyclable D&D, come to the aid of citizens who want to dispose properly of electrical waste, light bulbs and batteries by providing them with a FREE collection service. Takeover orders of bulky waste (minimum 50 kg of waste) is done by calling the phone number 0790 315 170
In parallel with this initiative, schools, kindergartens and institutions subordinated to Balş City Hall have been equipped with collection containers, thus urging the inhabitants of Balş, from small to large, to actively contribute to the collection of electrical and electronic waste.
“We come to the aid of the citizens of Balş with a free electrical and electronic waste collection service, meant to encourage you to be actively involved in environmental protection through the correct collection of this type of waste. At the same time, we intend to contribute to the awareness of the general public on the importance of separate collection through a visit of the ECOTIC Caravan in Craiova at the beginning of June. ” says Cristian Oacă, director, Recyclable D&D.
