Pollutec Horizons, the fair of eco-technologies, energy and sustainable development

 Pollutec Horizons is the international trade fair for state-of-the-art solutions for the environment and sustainable development. This year, the show will take place between December 03 and 06, in Paris, France, and is intended to be the only general event organized in Europe. It will come to the aid of professionals interested in these fields. The future show will address a full range of topics: waste management, water treatment, renewable resources, energy efficiency, air quality, risk prevention, biodiversity, corporate social responsibility and procurement ethics - with an emphasis on research and innovation. In addition to this sectoral approach, Pollutec Horizons 2013 will also discuss several cross-sectoral issues, such as smart city management, in the section on sustainable city, efforts to improve factory performance as part of the section on concerns the sustainable industry and, for the first time, the sustainable development at the level of the sanitary units, as part of the section of interest that aims at the hospitals and the sustainable development. The show will also pursue an ecological approach to other sectors of the economy, such as trade and distribution or the food industry. Continuing its international development approach, this year's edition of Pollutec Horizons enjoys the presence of South Korea, as the country of the year and presents the best environmental practices in the Scandinavian countries.
