Between September 2 and 15, 2013, anyone who recycled old or used electrical and electronic equipment, burned out light bulbs and neons, used portable batteries and accumulators became a hero FOR A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. These people who brought in the real store, -Vitan from Bucharest waste from the mentioned categories, can win, besides a cleaner environment, prizes consisting of new electrical equipment. The winners were drawn by lot on September 18, at 12 noon, in the real store, -Vitan.

ECOTIC, Recolamp and real, - Hypermarket Romania transmitted together, through the campaign “BE our HERO! Recycle! ECOTIC AND RECOLAMP rewards you! ”, A message of support and involvement regarding the importance of selective collection and recycling of waste. Better selective collection and recycling means for Romania, the correct fulfillment of the obligations assumed at EU level. First of all, however, selective collection means responsibility towards the environment, an important step towards a better quality of life for citizens.
Principles of the campaign “BE OUR HERO! Recycle! ECOTIC AND RECOLAMP rewards you! ” were the following:
each person who brought between September 2 and 15, 2013, to the stand for the project located inside the real store, - Vitan, located in Calea Vitan, Nr. 236, Sector 3, Bucharest, a non-functional or old electrical equipment, five used batteries or five incandescent light bulbs and neons received a voucher for each category of waste handed over, which gave him the right to participate in the raffle organized on September 18, at 12.00, in the same store.
The more waste brought to the project stand inside the real store, -Vitan, the more chances to win!
The prizes for handing over waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) consist of three Samsung 32 '' LCD TVs. For both waste batteries and accumulators (DBA), as well as for waste light bulbs and neons, three Overmax 10 '' tablets are put into play.
The chances of winning the campaign participants are given by the number of waste handed over.
Example:
• Old or used electrical equipment = a WEEE raffle ticket - a chance to win a Samsung LCD TV
• Two old or used electrical equipment = two WEEE raffle tickets - two chances to win a Samsung LCD TV
• Five used portable batteries = one raffle ticket Batteries - a chance to win an Overmax 10 '' tablet
