SCHOOL OF ECOTERRIES
“Ecoterrians' School” is an awareness and collection campaign for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and waste batteries and accumulators (WBA), dedicated to schools in Romania, which takes place throughout the school year.
The "Ecoterrians' School" aims to bring to schools the message of the importance of environmental protection, by actively participating in the collection of this waste.
The "Ecoterrians' School" campaign has several stages and several types of activities involved:
- The stage of eco-information and eco-education - lessons taught in class
- The practical part of activities
- The collection part itself
The activities included in this educational and collection project will be monitored and awarded, depending on the amount of waste collected and the score obtained after judging the activities performed in class.
"Our desire is to contribute to changing mentalities and habits at school and at home in terms of protecting the environment and saving resources. We propose to children to become Ecoterrians, ie change factors connected to nature and its needs. ”
