Mechanism:
Thus, during the campaign, any resident of Constanta who will hand over a waste of over 35 kg will receive a gift voucher worth 20 lei, and for waste between 20 and 35 kg a gift voucher of 10 lei. People who hand over waste between 5 and 19 kg will be automatically entered in the raffle, and can win Dedeman gift cards.
