The Clean Cities Buftea campaign rewarded the responsible citizens who chose to hand over electrical and electronic waste correctly and thus actively contribute to environmental protection.
Between May 10-14, ECOTIC, along with Buftea City Hall and Health Services Bucharest SA provided Buftea residents with the opportunity to hand over waste electrical and electronic equipment at the collection point in Pepinierei street no. 7 or call the dedicated telephone number to pick up bulky WEEE from home.
The approximately 40 depositors were rewarded for the responsible behavior they showed, with instant prizes - umbrellas.

This shows us, once again, that providing relevant information and quality services at hand to the citizen contributes decisively to the adoption of responsible behavior. Residents of Buftea are urged to bring waste electrical and electronic equipment to the permanent collection point in Pepinierei street no. 7, thus contributing to the recycling of this waste and to the protection of the environment.
The big raffle with prizes consisting of electrical and electronic devices 2021, will take place in the second semester of 2021, following the campaign carried out in the period: 27.09.2021-01.10.2021.
