Showing solutions, telling a good story, is the best way to solve the ecological, economic and social crisestomorrowfacing our country? documentary Tomorrow / Tomorrow, a film produced and directed by Cyril Dion with Mélanie Laurent. The film inaugurated the UN Climate Conference, the famous COP2 in Paris in 2015, and this year won the César Award for Best Documentary Film.

The preview in Romania took place on September 28, 2016, at the Elvira Popescu Cinema in Bucharest, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of ECOTIC activity.

Tomorrow is not an ecological documentary, it is a look at society, as it might be tomorrow. The film begins with a scientific study published in the journal Nature, in 2012. This, quite devastating, heralds a general collapse of our ecosystems, and therefore the end of stable living conditions on Earth. In response, Cyril Dion and Mélanie Laurent together with a team of four other people Alexandre, Laurent, Raphäel and Antoine, all around 30 years old, go to 10 countries (France and Reunion Island, Switzerland, USA, Great Britain, Denmark , Belgium, Finland, Norway, Iceland, India) to investigate what could cause this catastrophe, how it could be avoided and to explore the world in search of solutions capable of saving future generations. During the trip, they meet the pioneers who reinvent agriculture, energy, economics, democracy and education.

Never has a study had such an effect on me. My own collapse was facing the planned collapse of society. I told myself it was time to do what mattered most to me and put this film on its feet. - says Cyril Dion, director and producer.

Put together, initiatives such as permaculture, local currencies, renewable energy, draw a possible world. There is already a coherent world, which exists where everything is possible. Solutions are already available in all areas. To all this is added an impeccable soundtrack, signed by Swedish artist Fredrika Stahl.

In Romania, the film is presented for the first time by Media Image Factory, within the Guerilla Verde educational caravan, with the support of ECOTIC, the French Institute of Romania, IBM and Every Can Counts Romania.

The preview show took place on September 28, 2016, at Cinema Elvira Popescu, in Bucharest. The launch event will be followed by screenings for the public, with free entry, in Bucharest, Iași, Cluj, Timișoara and Brașov.
