Between June 9 and 10, the Iași Municipal Collection and Sports Center in Iași will meet you at the PALAS Streetball Challenge, in order to promote a healthy life through sports.
3 × 3 basketball, the most popular urban team sport, will be the main attraction of the event, and the people of Iași, young and old, are invited to participate. The tournament is registered in the official FIBA 3 × 3 calendar and, at the same time, is part of the national circuit.
The total prizes are worth over 15.000 lei, and the champion team in the Men's Open category will receive a check worth 5000 lei.
This event, supported by CMCI, is part of awareness-raising activities on the importance of protecting the environment as an integral part of a healthy life.
Iași Municipal Collection Center, a project developed by ECOTIC, Iași City Hall and Salubris, has as main goal the improvement of recyclable waste collection rates and the reduction of the negative impact on the environment, especially of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) waste.
