"Let's switch!" in Buzau
"Let's exchange!" Campaign initiated by ECOTIC, together with Greenweee International and Buzau City Hall, has ended.
The proposed exchange was simple and useful: for at least 5 kg of WEEE brought to one of the three selective collection containers in Buzau (Cartier Micro XIV, Cartier Dorobanti II and Zona Comerciala), a reversible barbecue and a raffle ticket with awards.
The winners of the campaign were:
• Mister. Vladascav Vasile - winner of a microwave oven at the June draw;
• Mister. Rusu Sebastian - winner of a microwave oven at the draw in July;
• Mister. Epuras Leonard - winner of a microwave at the August draw;
• Mister. Ungureanu Constantin - winner of an LED DVD DVD FULL HD at the August draw.
During the campaign (June 1-August 31, 2012), more than 7 tons of electrical and electronic waste were collected, including light bulbs and batteries.
