Forbes Romania organized, On November 21 2013 at Covasna, an event dedicated to the management of WEEE. At the event attended comissions from the National Environmental Guard and organizations in the field.

Dragos Monk give a presentation on WEEE, challenges and problems in this area bringing into question the situations in which GNM could intervene:
- Advising local authorities for organizing the collection of WEEE
- Increasing the exigency to those who manage flows of WEEE
- Involvement in tracking the flow path WEEE from holder - collectors - treatment operators - recyclers.
