Samsung Romania together with ECOTIC is currently carrying out the third edition of the "Change waste with Samsung technology" campaign. This edition takes place simultaneously in Bucharest, sector 2, as well as in Cluj-Napoca.
The campaign carried out in Cluj-Napoca took place until April 17, and the one in sector 2 of the Capital takes place until April 20, the population being invited to get rid of old or non-functional electrical and electronic equipment correctly, winning on next to a clean environment, the possibility to participate in a raffle with prizes provided by Samsung Romania, but also the possibility to purchase certain Samsung equipment at a discount.
The principle of the campaign is the same as in last year's editions: the population is invited to hand over waste electrical and electronic equipment responsibly at the points specially arranged by ECOTIC and its partners, receiving two vouchers in exchange for the delivered waste. At the end of the campaign, a prize raffle will be organized consisting of Samsung electrical equipment.
A voucher received after handing over the waste electrical equipment can be used to purchase Samsung products with a discount of up to 35%.
The partners of the campaign in Cluj are the City Hall, Rosal Grup - Cluj Napoca branch and the Sanitation Company Brantner Veres SA.
The partners from Bucharest are the 2nd City Hall and Supercom SA.
The last mobile collection point where waste electrical and electronic equipment can be brought is the one in Bucharest and is waiting for you until April 20:

Until April 12, in Cluj, 365 people handed over 530 such equipments, and in Bucharest, a centralization at the end of April 15 shows that 353 WEEE were collected.
On April 20, during a press conference organized by the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca, the winners of the raffle prizes organized in the project will be drawn.
