“Attitude and Responsibility” at the CCDG National Seminar “Partnership in environmental education”.

On September 28.09.2019, XNUMX, the XXI edition of the National Seminar took place "Partnership in environmental education", organized by the Carpatho-Danubian Center for Geoecology (CCDG) - Full Member of the Foundation for Environmental Education.

The purpose of the meeting was to present best practices in promoting environmental education programs, specialists and practitioners in the field of education with the opportunity to share experiences on developing practical skills and gaining skills in implementing CCDG programs and the results obtained by those who promote this type of education in schools.

Among the successful programs brought to the public's attention were the national ECOTIC campaign "School of Ecoterrians" and the national green competition "Awards Gala for a Clean Environment" (through the competition section dedicated to educational institutions). The evolution of these projects over the years, their impact and results were presented by Diana Trifu, ECOTIC communication manager.

The theme of the event was "Attitude and Responsibility", and the main moments of the seminar were dedicated to expressing the opinion of the guests on the actions taken by CCDG to form the consciousness of young people for a clean and healthy environment; awarding the Green Flag, trophies and plaques for the school units evaluated in the 2018/2019 school year; awarding prizes for National Competitions organized by CCDG.

Over 300 participants from the country (school inspectors, school principals, teachers, civil society representatives) announced their presence at the event, being also invited and representatives of partner ministries, school inspectorates, environmental agencies, sponsors. .
