The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change has passed for public debate the draft Government Decision on waste electrical and electronic equipment.
ECOTIC was actively involved, transmitting opinions and suggestions regarding the proposed text and participating in the related public discussions.
The new normative act will repeal the Government Decision no. 1037/2010 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, the change occurring against the background of the need to align the legislation in Romania to that in the European Union.
